Julia Markham Personal Literacy Tuition offers specialist teaching for literacy and numeracy in the Chester, Rural West Cheshire and Wrexham areas. Holding a Masters certificate in Special Educational Needs and an accredited member of the British Dyslexia Association, Julia is capable of giving a learning advantage to children at all levels of ability as well as carrying out screening and testing for dyslexia and dyscalculia in children.

As well as private lessons at home, Julia also offers schools the opportunity of lessons in school time as a  visiting tutor, allowing parents to access specialist assistance for their children within the school environment.

Julia has tutored children for over ten years and believes learning should be carried out in a stress-free environment to encourage the growth of confidence and self-esteem. Police checked and well qualified; Julia uses proven and tailored techniques to get the best out of each pupil.
